3 Healthy Foods for Kids on the Go

If you’re reading this, you probably have kids, or maybe do a lot of care taking. So, you know how the days can go.   1. I like those baby food pouches for littles, but now that my son is a toddler and has a mouth full of teeth, I keep beef jerky in the car. I feel that it’s more nutrient dense than grain-based snacks. Good for mama too!

    • Haha, yeah, no jerky for these guys yet. I probably eat an embarrassing amount myself though!

    • Of course and congrats on the bun in the oven! I’ve made a lot of pouches at home as well, but these are fantastic in a pinch.

    • Totally right! As much as I enjoy being able to prepare their food, a prepared pouch helps out a lot in time crunches!
